Tasked with redesigning and expanding the iconic Ahmedally hardware store in Secunderabad, we embraced the challenge of transforming it into a modern, self-service hardware hub. With the addition of a new basement level, the store was envisioned as a supermarket-style space, featuring rows of tools and hardware neatly displayed for easy access.

The interior was designed across two levels, incorporating a mezzanine to house offices and the sales team, providing a vantage point to oversee the shop floor. The building's façade was completely reimagined to reflect the store’s modern transformation while standing out in the historic market, blending tradition with a sense of newness.
