p_002. Alteration House: Apt 605

House 605 is designed for a family of 4 people transitioning from a joint family to a nuclear home. The idea was to work with the existing layout to create private spaces that strongly reflected their individual personalities which could then transition into a large fluid common living area where each of their distinct attributes could be overlayed through objects; found, collected & customized. The object itself becomes a tool to divide, expand and alter the space, hold and collect new memories.
