The design concept draws inspiration from the trends shaping modern hybrid workspaces. The goal was to create a flexible environment that any office or company could adapt with minimal modifications.

To achieve this, we designed a functional workflow featuring a continuous floor and minimal partitions, fostering a sense of openness in the otherwise windowless space. Storage solutions were streamlined by integrating all storage requirements into the partition walls, eliminating clutter from individual workstations.

The layout prioritizes a shared staff table with non-designated seating, promoting flexibility and a hierarchy-free workspace. A dedicated meeting room offers privacy when needed, while the entrance doubles as an informal meeting area, suitable for client interactions or calls.

All services, including the toilet and pantry, are consolidated at the rear of the space, distinguished by a contrasting material palette for easy identification. The result is an adaptable, efficient, and contemporary office environment.
